ActivLayr creates a powerful and radical innovation in skincare by combining the unique properties of marine collagen with nanofiber technology to create an innovative bioactive product. To convey this claim, I was inspired by a scientific diagram of how the patch delivers nutrients quickly and very deeply into the dermis (the area where fine lines form) of the skin. Also a unique proposition, the chart is recreated in a scientific circular device that visually shows the penetration of the product. Key elements on the front are printed with holographic foil that captures various colors in different light and angles, giving the packaging a technologically advanced feel. Simple typography and soft color coding with a minimal grid layout meet the expectations of the target aesthetic female consumer.
